Description: This project was about translating the memorable moments from the stages of the 2011 Tour de France into wood and metal type. This page explains what we saw and what we turned it into as many of the design details are not understandable without a bit of explanation. Most elements have reasons behind where they occur on the page, position against other elements, angles, and a variety of other visual elements that constantly creeped into the work.
