Not specifically related to letterpress, but significant to how we think and conceptualize about design. Direct Radiography was an early contributor to filmless X-ray technology. Jill Cypher & Ray Nichols did a lot of the early promotional and advertising work for them and their DirectRay technology, producing work in 14 languages. At about the time we resigned the account, Hologic Medical Imaging bought Direct Radiography. Hagley Museum & Library documented DR’s history through their Hagley Digital Archives and included an oral interview with us which is now part of the historical record. Main page.
